Booking terms
Cancellation
Cancel up to 24 hours before check-in for a full refund, minus any booking-platform fees. There are no refunds for cancellations after check-in, and unused nights are forfeited.
Arrival and departure
Check-in is after 4 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out costs $50 each and depends on the calendar, so ask ahead.
Guests
The home sleeps up to 2 adults and 1 child, or 3 adults. Only registered guests may stay or visit.
Left-behind items
We are happy to send forgotten items back, for a handling and shipping fee of at least $50.
Coming back
Guests who book directly again get 3% off their stay.
Door codes and Wi-Fi
Your arrival instructions, door access and Wi-Fi details are sent to you personally after booking. For your safety we never publish them on this website.
How to book
Send your dates through the form or call the office. You get a reply from the owner with availability and the total for your stay. You can also book the home through Airbnb, VRBO and other booking platforms.
