House rules
A short list so every guest finds the home as calm and clean as you did.
- Shoes off insidePlease leave shoes at the door and keep the floors clean for the next guest.
- No smokingNo smoking anywhere in the home.
- No petsPets are not allowed.
- No parties or eventsThe home is for resting, working and visiting the city, not for gatherings.
- Registered guests onlyNo unregistered guests or visitors. If you plan to have someone over, message us their ID first. Maximum 2 adults and 1 child, or 3 adults.
- Quiet hours 10 pm – 8 amThe Heights is a residential neighbourhood; please keep noise down at night.
- Children with an adult at all timesChildren are welcome (one at most) and must be supervised, especially around raised areas and the home’s special features.
- Windows and blinds stay as they arePlease don’t open windows or raise and lower the blinds. Twist the blind rod to let in more light.
- Tell us if something breaksAccidents happen. Let us know straight away; minor things usually cost nothing, and for anything larger we agree the cost with you before you leave.
- Check-in after 4 pm, check-out by 10:00 amEarly check-in or late check-out is $50 each, when the calendar allows.
- Cameras and alarmThe property has 24/7 security cameras and an alarm system.
